摘要
应用均匀设计的方法,对光合细菌球形红杆菌7-1菌株的类胡萝卜素生产的培养基组成进行优化,得到的优化条件为:乳酸钠1.2%;谷氨酸钠0.7%;硫酸镁100mg/L;硫酸铁15mg/L;酵母膏0.2%,在此条件下,类胡萝卜素产量比优化前提高61%.
Uniform design was employed totest the influence of five medium components onthe fermentation of carotenoids by Rhodobacter sphaeroides,strain 7-1.The resultswere sodium lactate 1.2%(w/v),sodium glutamate 0.7%(w/v),MgSO4· 7H2O100mg/L.Fe2(SO4)315mg/L and yeast extracts 0.2%(w/v).Under this condition,theyield of carotenoids increased by 61%compared with data before.
