利用微生物转化丙烯腈生产丙烯酸的研究 被引量:6

THE PRODUCTION OF ACRYLIC ACID BY MICROBIAL CONVERSION OF ACRYLONITRILE

摘要 从长期受工业污水污染的河水、污泥中分离到47株能以丙烯腈或丙腈为唯一碳、氮源或氮源生长的菌株.经高压液相色谱(HPLC)测试发现有5株菌在以0.15mol/L丙烯腈为底物的转化反应中,产物除丙烯酸外几乎无副产物.探索了菌株6-13的基本培养特性及其酶促反应条件.在选定条件下.通过分批补加丙烯腈,连续反应4h,反应液中累积丙烯酸0.526mol/L,未检出丙烯酰胺,丙烯腈转化率高于96%,丙烯酸由红外光谱和质谱确证. Production of acrylic acid by the microbe cells containing nitrilase has beeninvestigated.A number of strains utilizing acrylonitrile of propionitrile as sole carbonand nitrogen source were isolated from industrial effluent and activated sludge,five ofthem could convert acrylonitrile to actylic acid with few by-products measured byHPLC.The basic culture and reaction conditions for acrylic acid production with strain6-13 were studied.Under selected conditions,0.526mol/L of acrylic acid wasaccumulated in the reaction solution through a continual reaction for 4h. The conversionrate of acrylonitrile was 96.3%.Acrylic acid was identified by IR spectrum and Massspectrum.
