摘要
从时间频率，空间水平频率二维频域分析了ＰＡＬ制彩色电视系统存在的缺陷，提出了改进图象质量的措施：采用自适应Ｙ／Ｃ分离滤波器；通过使用扫描内插技术将隔行扫描方式转换为逐行扫描方式以提高垂直分解力，减弱场频闪烁现象；最后提出减弱图象重影的一种技术方案。
This paper has analyzed the disadvantage of normal color TV PAL system, which has been derived with the point of time-frequency,space-frequency (2-dimension frequency domain).We present,therefore,some kind of means to improve the quality of TV picture. Those means are that in order to increase the vertical decomposity we adopt sweep interpolation so that convert sweep on every other line into line by line,and adopt adaptive YC resolved filter.As result it decrease field frequency twinkle.Also we present a plan,which weaken the ghost.
