摘要
详细分析了激光三角位移计的工作原理、测量范围及分辨能力，提出了测头结构参数设计的基本原则和优化方法，并给出设计实例。
The principle,the measurment range and the resolution of laser triangulater displace-meter were analyzed. The basic principle and optimization of parameter design of gauge head structure were put out and the design example was given.
