摘要
针对分光光度分析中互为干扰组分的同时测定问题．提出了用计算机求解超定方程组的方法，简单易行．并且设计了计算机程序，直接给出各组分浓度。对混合氨基酸试样进行了分析，效果良好。
Take aim at difficulty of mutual interfere elements in spectrophotometry,sdvance solve for methods of super-coupled equations,simply and easily. Designed computer program. It has been calcualation that concentration of elements. Determined sample of aminoacid mix acheve good results.
