引用汛期洪水补给地下水源是解决目前地下水过量开采问题的有效措施，提出引水补源工程中补源边界流量的概念及其确定方法．它对补源工程的设计及优化调度有重要价值，并已在工程实践中得到验证．
Using surplus floodwater for groundwater recharge as a good measurementto overcome the groundwater overdraft has been put into effect in Shandong Province.Presentsa concept'critical discharge'and its calculation method.It's very useful to engineering designand optimum regulation of groundwater recharge.Some reservoir is citied as an example,thecritical discharge value,the recharge water quantity and the obtained economic benefit are caLculated.
