三曲柄式等角速传动万向联轴器运动分析

摘要 通过对三曲柄式万向联轴器建立数学模型的方法验证了三曲柄式万向联轴器的等角速传动特性,分析了三曲柄式万向联轴器三曲柄杆交点的轨迹,三曲柄交点在与输入轴垂直的平面内运动轨迹以及输出轴的运动规律.对解决三曲柄式万向联轴器的振动问题,提高三曲柄式万向联轴器的传输能力提供了理论基础. The drive characteristic of the universal coupling with constant angularvelocity of three-crank type is verified by the method of mathematic model so as to analyzethe path of intersecting point of crank bars of the universal coupling,the kinematic path ofintersecting point of three crank bars on plane perpendicular to input shaft and the characteristic of output shaft motion.Theory basis provided to solve the problem of vibration ofthe universl coupling and to increase the transmission of the universal coupling.
