摘要
依据PWM原理,提出了利用位式气动执行机构代替连续执行机构实现微量控制算法的方法。研究表明,对于热工、化工等部分控制对象,该方法均适用。作者在某印染厂的染色控制中,用位式气动活塞阀成功地实现了自适应控制算法,控制精度超过了目前国内采用连续执行机构的有关控制系统的精度。实践表明,该方法组成的系统成本低,可靠性高,适用于控制环境恶劣的场合。
A method to carry out small quantities control algorithms with position actuators instead of continuous ones based on the principle of PWM.The investiga-tion result shows that the method is suitable for most of thermal and chemical con-trol plants, The author develops a control system which successfully carries out an adaptive control algorithm with air position piston valve and its control accuracy ex-ceeds that of current control systems by using continuous actuators.The practice proves that the control system by means of the method has a low cost and high reli-ability,it can be suited for the situation with bad control environment.
