摘要
本文用宽带去偶和门控去偶等NMR技术对氟鲁他米特进行了1H、13CNMR谱数据分析和归属,得到了1H—1H,1H—13C、19F—13C的偶合常数,确定了氟鲁他米特的化学结构.
In this paper, Broad-band and GATED decoupling NMR techniques were used to resolve and assign the H and e spectra of, Flutamid. The H-1H, H-13H and 1C-13 C coupling constants of Flutamide were obtained, and its chemical structure were determined.
