投标企业中标模拟系统

BID---HITTING SIMULATION SYSTEM FORBID ENTERPRISES

本文综合考虑对投标企业中标可能性有重大影响的六大要素：投标报价及计算基础合理性、承包工期、施工方法及主要安全技术措施、工程质量及工程质量保证体系、企业能力、垫付能力及优惠条件，建立了投标企业中标模拟系统。该系统是一个开放型的系统用户可根据实际情况对系统中所列要素任意选择、增添。由于每一要素中各分要东的打分依据是以表的形式给出的，而且表中数据每次都是可变的，因此，系统中建立了相应的数据库。

This paper synthesizes six key factors which have significant influence on the bid-hitting possibility of bid enterprises such as:bid quote and rationality of calculationbasis,time limit of project contracted,construction methods and major safe andtechnological measures,engineering quality and its assurence system,enterprises productioncapacity,repaying ability and favourable conditions,and establishes a bid-hitting simulationsystem for bid enterprises. The system is an open system,users can select and increase the factors freely listed in the system according to the actual situations since the basis of marksfor the subordinate factors of each key factor is given in the form of a table ,and the data in the table are changeable each time,so databases are established in the system.
