摘要
本文依据流体动力润滑的基本理论,研究了新型液体粘性制动的机理。针对典型的带有径向油槽的摩擦片形式,采用独特的“边界条件分步叠加法”,导出了粘性制动的油膜压力分布及油液流动特性参量的实用型解析解,同时,显化出静压、转差、离心力以及油槽对油膜形成的不同影响。
This paper studies the mechanism of a new type of liguid viscous braking according to the basic theory of fluid dynamic lubrication. With a unique superposition by steps method of boundary conditions the practical analytic solutions of the pressure distribution of the oil-film and the parameters of the oil flow in the viscous braking for the typical frication disks with radial oil slots are derived,and the different effects of staticpressure,rotative difference,centrifugal force and oil slot on the oil-film formation become visible
