摘要
北京花猪Ⅱ系在35kg体重时,背膘脂肪中的NADPH-生成酶活性最高,此有随体重的增加而逐渐下降,75kg体重时又开始回升。生长后期,不同背膘位置的酶活性差异不显著,而不同层脂肪的酶活性差异明显,内层高于外层。MDH、G6PDH和6PGDH在脂肪组织中活性较高,而在肝脏、心肌和肌肉中却很低。在遗传上有差异的北京花猪Ⅱ系和长白猪,可由酶活性反映出来。若以肩部外层脂肪的MDH和G6PDH作为早期选种的遗传标记,有望加胴体蓄脂年的育种进程。
Activities of NADPH-generating enzyme in backfat of Beijing Hua 11 Line swine reached peak at 35 kg live weight and decreased gradually thereafter, but rose up again at 75 kglive weight. There were no significant differences of enzymatic activities in backfats of shoulder, mid-back and lumber vertebra at 100 kg live weight. Enzymatic activities in the innerlayer were higher than those in the outer at 75 and 100 kg live weight. Activities of MDH,G6PDH and 6PGDH in backfat were much higher than those in liver, cardiac muscle andmuscle tissues. Genetic difference existed in Beihng Hua 11 Line and Landrace can be renected by enzymatic activities. If MDH and G6PDH in the outer layer of backfat at 35 kglive weight were selected as indicators for meat traits, the breeding progress would be speeded up.
