金属刷镀修复汽车拖拉机旧件的可行性分析

ON PRACTICABILITY OF APPLYING METAL BRUSH PLATING TECHNOLOGY TO REPAIRING USED OLD PARTS OF AUTOMBILE AND TRACTORS

本文对金属刷镀修复汽车拖拉机旧件的经济效益、合理性、修理成本、基建投资回收期及社会效益进行了系统的研究分析，研究结果表明，金属刷镀修复旧件时，经济效益高，工艺合理，投资少，见效快；被修复零件价格越高，修复面积越小，镀层越薄，其经济效益越高，工艺越合理可行。

The authors mede a stastical analysis of this technology in the economic effects,practicability in the technology, the period of investing reclaiming, repairing cost and socialeffects. The results show that the metal brush plating technology for old part repairing hasbetter economic effects, it is reasonable in technology, it costs less in investment and it tavesa shorter period of the investing reclaiming. The higher the cost of the parts, the smallerarea needed for repairing; the thinner the plating layer is, the higher the economic effectsand the better the social effects are.
