旧295型柴油机节能改造技术的试验和研究

摘要 本文是在不改变旧机基本结构的前提下,通过基础修理,换用多种节能型配件,优化调整柴油机的调整参数,使旧295型柴油机在提高压缩比、改善燃烧过程、减少机械损失的同时,实现调整参数的合理匹配。综合节能技术改造后的旧295型柴油机动力性和经济性较常规修理有显著提高,功率提高率和油耗降低率分别达到16%~25%和4.8%~7.8%。 By means of basic repairing, replacing with energy-saving fittings and optimizing itsadjusting parameters without changing its basic structure. An old diesel engine-type 295has been improved to bring out rational matching of its adjusting parameters, higher ratioof compression, ameliorated process of combustion and mechanical loss has been reduced.With the application of synthetic energy-saving technics, the old engine possessed more favorable dynamic and economic characteristics than it did with usual repairation. The power increase and decrease of fuel consumption were 16%~25% and 4.8%~ 7.8%respectively.
