摘要
高 TcYBaCuO 块材超导桥,不加直流偏置,只用微波功率辐照,桥的两端能感应出不连续的直流电压。感应直流电压的大小与微波频率及功率的关系定性符合 J、T、Chen 等人1972年给出的理论公式。
When the bridge of high Tc superconducting bulk is exposed to microwave radiation alone and left unbiased there is induced dc non-continuous voltage across the bridge.The relation between the magnitude of induced dc voltage and microwave power and the relation between the magnitude of induced dc voltage and microwave frequency satisfy the theory equation suggested by J.T.Chen et al. in 1972.
