十二指肠溃疡患者性格特征的研究

ON THE PERSONALITY CHARACTERISTICSOF PATIENTS WITH DUODENAL ULCER

采用卡特尔１６种个性因素测验法，对本校教职员中６５例十二指肠溃疡患者和４０例健康人进行对照研究，发现十二指肠溃疡患者存在着不同的人格特征，根据人格问卷中Ｃ、Ｇ、Ｑ＿２、Ｑ＿４及ｘ＿１得分，将其分为神经质焦虑型、依赖焦虑型和平衡人格型三类，结果表明，焦虑与十二指肠溃疡的发生、发展密切相关．

By using the Cattell’s Sixteen Personality─Factor Questionnaire,this paper studies 65 patients with duodenal ulcer in comparison with 40 nor-mal persons,both of the patients and the normal persons are selected from theuniversity staff.The results indicate that the patients with duodenal ulcer havedifferent kinds of personality characteristics. According to the personalityquestionaire scores of C,G,Q,Q,and X, the patients may be divided intothree groups: neurottic and anxious,dependent and anxious, and balancedpersonality.The study also indicates that there is a clear relation between theanxiousness and the duodenal ulcer.
