摘要
本文针对练泥机触泥件所用的灰口铸铁及不锈钢材料存在的问题,采用工程塑料研制练泥机触泥工件,较好地解决了泥料易污染的问题,并解决了泥料发热问题,提高了练泥质量,降低了功耗,提高了练泥机的使用寿命。
An effort was made to solve the problems of mud easily polluted and mud-heating-up by using engineering plastics instead of grey cast iron and stainless steel for mud-touching parts in pugmills. It also improved the quality of mixing, lengthened the pugmills lives and reduced power consumption.
