摘要
作者在高炉大中修实践中观察到,斜桥侧和渣口在同一方向上的高炉,冷却壁损坏集中在斜桥侧,冷却壁的损坏是从四周及迸出水弯头处开始的,并在充分分析了影响因素的基础上提出了对策。
The dainage of cooling plate are often concentrated on slanting bridge side on the blast furnace which slanting bridge and slag notch are in same direction through observation of author in long term practice. The damage of cooling plate starts from around the cooling plate and bends of inlet and outlet water. The author points out the countermeasures on the basis of comprehensive analysis influencing factors.
