摘要
本文通过岗前培训的内涵与外延、岗前培训的实施和考核三方面的探讨,较系统地阐述了岗前培训诸方面的概念,提出了培训内容要有针对性和方式多样化的思路。
The Connotation,implement,and check about training before being on duty are discussed in this paper. This paper also explains some conceptions about training before being on duty and puts forward some ideas about training before being on duty.
