摘要
本文对山东球墨铸铁管有限公司无芯工频感应电炉的生产现存问题作了分析，结合厂情对原漏炉报警系统进行了技术改进。
Thia paper briefly introdnces the working principle of coreless industrial freqency induction furnace,which is installed in Shandong Nodular Casting Pipe Co,Ltd,analyses the production problems at present.The paper also introduces the technological improvement measures combined with actual condition of plant to old losing-furnace alarm system.
