闭路粉磨流程在高纯镁砂生产工艺设计中的应用

摘要 山东镁矿在高纯砂生产工艺设计中采用闭路粉磨流程优化了高纯镁砂的生产工艺,与开路粉磨流程相比提高磨机产量10~30%,单位产品电耗降低10~20%,能保证产品细度控制在要求的范围内,有利于烧结、提高产品质量。 For optimization of high purity magnesite production operation,the closed powdering process is used in the design of high purity magnesite production process in shandong Magnesite Mine.This process can increase the grinder production with 10~30%and can decrease electrical power consumption of specific product with 10~20%compared with opered powdering process.The closed powdering process can control the fineness of product within the required limit and it is of advantage for the sinter and increasng tbe product quality.
