09Mn2铁路罐车专用钢板的研制与生产

Development and production of special plate of 09 Mn2 pot Train

按照ｏ９Ｍｎ２钢板的使用性能要求，冶炼特点是终点温度高，终点碳低，钢水氧化性强，出钢前做Ｃ、Ｓ、Ｍｎ分析，挡渣出钢，吹氩搅拌；脱氧合金化使用中碳锰铁；使用新型复合肥氧剂ＳｉＢａＡＩＦｅ、ＳｉＢａＣａ合金。连铸工艺采用Ａｌ－Ｃ质伸入水口和颗粒保护渣，合理制定轧制工艺制度。产品性能稳定，外观质量好。

Acrroding to the quality requirement of 09Mn2 plate application,its melting features are strong liquid steel oxidizability,bigh end-point temperature,low end-point carbon content,chemical analysis of C,S,Mn before tapping,tapping with blocking slag,liquid steel stirring with blowing argon,deoxidizing and alloying with medium carbon ferre-manganese,using of new complex deoxidizer SiBaAlFe,SeBaCa.The Al-C quality immersed nozzle and protecting slag are nsed in continuous casting process.The rensonable rolling system must be made in the process of production of plnte and the products must be good property qu ality and surface quality.
