摘要
用NG108-15细胞系建立离体中毒模型,观察1-烯丙基氯-3所致的神经细胞形态学变化。结果:随1-烯丙基氯-3浓度的增加,细胞轴突变细、断裂成串珠状,最后破碎消失仅剩下细胞体;在相同毒物浓度下,接触24h细胞形态的损伤较接触1h的严重;细胞轴突的改变早于细胞死亡率计数。提示1-烯丙基氯-3的毒作用所致的形态学改变最先发生在细胞轴突。
Using cell culture method observed the morphological change of nerve cells induced by 3-chloropropene-1. The results showed that the cell axon became thinner, as the concentration of the compound increased, then broken like a string of beads, and disappeared in the end. Only the cell body left. Under the condation of the same toxic concentration, morphology change exposed 24h was more severe than that exposed 1h. Compared with the cell mortality, the change of the cell axon occured earlier. These indicate that the initial morphology change induced by 3-chloropropene-1 is nerve cell axon.
