摘要
用化学动力学(经典恒温)法和分光光度法,探讨了抗坏血酸片剂恒温加速实验的含量变化规律。结果表明,抗坏血酸片剂热解反应界于零级与一级动力学之间,偏属一级动力学。求得热解反应活化能为19.97kcal·mol-1,T0。为7.67年,T0.9为1.17年。
On the basis of chemical dynamic method (classical consistant temperature) and spectrophotometry, the content changes of ascorbic acid in tabula by accelerated experiment at consistant temperature were carried out.The results showed that the thermolysis process of ascorbic acid was between Zero and first-order chemical dynamic process and near to Zero-order.E= 19.93kcal. mol-1, T0.5=7.67Y, T0.9=1.17Y.
