摘要
通过训练大鼠在迷宫中的主动性条件回避反应学习记忆能力,观察健脑丸对大鼠学习记忆的影响。结果表明,健脑丸可减少大鼠达标前所需的反应次数,提高正确反应率。该药促进学习记忆的机制可能是,(1)增强中枢胆碱能系统的活性;(2)改善隔区、海马等记忆中枢的功能;(3)改善脑血氧的供应。
Observed the effect of Jiannaowan to the learning and memory of rats by training them with the MG-2 maze. The results indicated that Jiannaowan can increased the right response rate and active response rate and can reduce the response times before learned. The mechanisms may be 1. increasing the activity of the cholinergic system of CNS;2. improving the memory centers function such as septal area and hippocampus; 3.improving the oxygen supply of the brain.
