摘要
模拟现场工业脉冲噪声作为实验信号,研究脉冲噪声各参量(峰值,持续时间、重复率和频谱)对豚鼠听力的影响及耳蜗病损的变化规律。结果表明,暴露8h后均引起了暂时性阈移(TTS),次日多数未完全恢复。当峰值增加5dB、持续时间增加到原来的10倍、重复率增加到原来的8倍、中心频率由500Hz增加到1500Hz时,TTS分别增加10、15、10和20dB。工业脉冲噪声主要引起豚鼠耳蜗第三回第三排外毛细胞损伤。工业脉冲噪声四种参量之一引起的耳蜗毛细胞缺损和TTS基本一致。
Simulated industrial pulse noise were adopted as the stimulative signs in laboratory, the variation pattern of hearing loss and cochlea damage of guinea pig were observed. The result showed that the hearing of guinea pigs had a temporary threshold shift ( TTS ) after 8 hours noise exposure, most guinea pigs could not completely recovered in next day. When the peak value increased by 5dB, the duration and repeat rate respectively increased 10 times and 8 times, the central frequency of spectrum increased from 500Hz to 1500Hz, the TTS values respectively increased by 10, 15, 10, 20dB. Industrial pulse noise chiefly caused a damage of cochlear hair cells of the third coil and row. it is consisitent in the defects of cochlear hair cells and TTS, which caused by one of the four industrial pulse noise parameters(Peak value, Duration, Repeat rate, Frequence spectrum ) .
