超声心动图对尼群地平抗动脉粥样硬化作用的评价

THE EVALUATION ON ANTIATHEROSCLEROTIC ACTION OF NITREDIPINE WITH THE AID OF UCG

对１０２例动脉粥样硬化患者随机分为尼群地平组及安慰剂组进行双盲治疗观察４年，治疗组心血管并发症发生率明显低于安慰剂组。超声心动图检查显示，治疗组主动脉舒缩幅度、主搏波振幅及重搏波振幅较大，舒张末期室间隔厚度、左室后壁厚度、左室质量及其指数较小，左室收缩功能（ＦＳ，ＳＶ，ＣＯ，ＥＦ）及舒张功能（ＥＰＳＳ，ＰＦＶＥ，ＰＦＶＡ，Ｅ／Ａ）改善，表明尼群地平防治动脉粥样硬化有良好疗效。

With the aid of UCG antiatherosclerotic effect of nitredipine was observed. 102 aged patients with atherosclerosis ( including 55 cases with coronary atherosclerosis and 47 case with aortic atherosclerosis) were random divided into either nitredipine theraputic group or placebo one,receiving a randomized, double-blind, placebo-controlled trial. During the treating period, cardiovascular complications in theraputic group were much fewer than those in placebo one. After treating for 4 year, UCG examination showed that the difference between aortic tystolic diameter (ASD) and aortic diastolic diameter(ADD),V wave and V'wave were larger in theraputic group than in Placebo one. Moreover, the former preented thinner IVST and PWT in the diastolic end, lighter LVMW and minor LVMI as well as more markedly improved systolic cardiac functions ( FS, SV, CO, CI, EF) and diastolic ones(EPSS, PFVE, PFVA, E/A) .The results suggested that nitredipine is obviously effective for both treatment and prevention of atheroscierosis.
