甘糖酯抗实验性内皮细胞损伤作用的研究 被引量:5

摘要 给大鼠、家兔灌服甘糖酯(PGMS)后,有抗去中肾上腺素、组胺致血管内皮损伤的作用,表现为主动脉壁摄入伊文思蓝减少,内皮依赖的乙酰胆碱(Ach)松弛血管平滑肌作用改善,扫描电镜示动脉内皮细胞受去甲肾上腺素损伤减轻。提示甘糖酯有预防动脉粥样硬化发病的作用,可能与其保护了血管内皮细胞有关。 The protective effects of Propylene Glucol Mannate Sulfate (PGMS) ,a newly designed mucopolysaccharide extracted from marine alga,on endothelial cells (ES) injured by histamine or NE were evaluated in vivo. The permeability of Evans blue in aortic wall or endothelium-dependent vasorelaxation of Ach was investigated. Rats were given PGMS 14mg/100g body weight per day orally for 14 days, the level of Evans blue in aortic wall was lower compared with control animals(P<0.001) .Rabbits were given PGMS 75mg/kg body weight perday orally for 7 days, the endothelium dependent vasorelaxation of Ach was more compared with those untreated (P<0.01) .The morphological changes of endothelial cell injure induced by NE were slight in animals had received PGMS under the seanning electron microscope. The results showed that PGMS has protective effects on endothelial cell injure induced by histamine or NE in experimental animals.
