摘要
通过缩窄肾静脉,观察对慢性肾血管性高血压大鼠血压的影响,探讨高血压发病机理。结果表明,缩窄肾静脉,逆行性升高肾管周毛细血管压可使大鼠血压显著下降(P<0.01),最大降压幅度为4.9±0.35kPa,提示肾管周毛细血管前后阻力比例增大,导致管周毛细血管压下降,肾压力利水利钠功能发生障碍,可能是高血压发病的主要原因。
The renal vein constriction were performed in chronic renovascular hypertensive rats to investigate the mechanism of hypertension.The results showed that the renal vein constriction, which retrograde increased peritubular capillary pressure, could greatly decrease systolic pressure in hypertensive rats(P<0.01) .It suggests mechanism of hypertension probably is as follows: if the pre-/post-peritubular capillary resistance ratio increases,there will be a PTCP decrease and water and sodium retention occurs,so hypertension happens.
