摘要
为探讨1-烯丙基氯-3的神经毒作用机理,用Wistar大鼠形成动物疾病模型,用放免法(RIA)及酶联免疫吸附法(ELISA)分别测定了大鼠1-烯丙基氯-3亚急性中毒后神经组织中cAMP、cGMP和游离钙调素(CaM)的含量。结果表明,实验组大鼠纹状体、小脑和坐骨腓神经中cAMP含量增加,cGMP和游离CaM则低于对照组。这一指标的变化程度与染毒剂量及组织有关。
chloropropene-1 is a kind of neurotoxicant. In this study.Wistar rats were used as 3-chloropropene- 1 intoxication test model.cAMP and cGMP level in rat nerve tissues were determined by RIA and CaM by ELISA.The result showed that cAMP content in striatum, cerebellum and sciatic-peroneal nerve of the 3-chloropropene-1 treated rats were increased,while cGMP and CaM content in the above mentioned tissues were decreased correspondingly. For cAMP, cGMP and CaM are closely related with Ca ̄(2+). It is sugge ted that the destruction of Ca ̄(2+) homestasis may account for 3-chlorpropene-1 neurotoxicity.
