9－（N^4＇－取代乙醛缩氨基硫脲）腺嘌呤衍生物与过渡金属离子配合物研究

THE STUDY OF COORDINATION COMPOUNDS OF 9- (N￣4′-SUBSTITUTED ACETALDEHYDE THIOSEMICARBAZONE) ADENINE DERIVATIVES WITH SOME TRANSITION METAL IONS

合成了９－（Ｎ~４＇－苯基－乙醛缩氨基硫脲）腺嘌呤（Ｌ_１）和９－（Ｎ~４＇－苄基－乙醛缩氨基硫脲）腺嘌呤（Ｌ_２），并测定其与过渡金属离子Ｃｏ（Ⅱ）、Ｎｉ（Ⅱ）和Ｃｕ（Ⅱ）配合物的组成、摩尔吸收系数和稳定常数。结果表明，Ｃｏ（Ⅱ）、Ｎｉ（Ⅱ）与配体Ｌ_１和Ｌ_２均形成１；３配合物；Ｃｕ（Ⅱ）与Ｌ_１以１：３形式配合，与Ｌ_２则形成１：１的配合物。

We synthesized two new ligands, 9-(N4′-phenylacetaldehyde thiosemicarbazone) adenine(L_1) and 9-(N4′, -benzyl acetaldehyde thiosemicarbazone) adenine (L_2), and determined the composition coefficient of mole absorption and stability constant of their coordination compounds with Co(Ⅱ) , Ni (Ⅱ) and Cu (Ⅱ) .The results showed that Co (Ⅱ) ,Ni (Ⅱ) and Cu (Ⅱ) form 1 : 3 coordination compounds with L_1 and so do L_2 with Co (Ⅱ) and Ni (Ⅱ), but Cu(Ⅱ) form 1:1 coordination compound with L_2. The sequence of stability of coordination compound was Co (Ⅱ) <Ni (Ⅱ)> Cu (Ⅱ) .
