摘要
经手术治疗外伤性颈内动脉－海绵窦瘘１７例。颅内杂音、眼球前突和活动受限及眼结合膜充血水肿是此病的主要临床症状。２例行单纯颅外颈动脉结扎术后痊愈；５例行瘘口孤立手术，痊愈４例，１例无效；６例行海绵窦内铜丝置入栓塞术，痊愈４例、好转１例、死亡１例；１例开颅行眼上静脉阻断术痊愈；３例用可脱性球囊堵塞瘘口治愈。对５种手术方法的利弊进行了讨论。
In 17 cases of traumatic internal carotid cavernous fistulas treated by operation,including male 16 cases, famale 1 cases, ages from 13 to 41. Intracranial bruit,exophthalmos and chemosis with restricted eyeball movement are main clinical features. 2 cases cured by single ligature extracranial carotid.5 cases treated by trapping(i.e. ligation of both intracranial and cervical internal carotid arteries) ,cured 4 cases,unchanged 1 cases. 6 cases treated by embolization of intraducing copper wire into cavernous sinus, cured 4 cases, improved 1 case, dead 1 case.1 case cured by fistula occluded with detachable balloons.The 5 methods with their advantages and disadvantages were discussed
