肿瘤患者血清中超氧化物歧化酶活性及脂质过氧化物含量的测定

SUPEROXIDES DISMUTASE ACTIVITY AND LIPOPEROXIDES CONTENT IN SERA OF TUMOR PATIENTS

检测了胃、直肠、乳腺和甲状腺４种癌症患者血清中超氧化物歧化酶（ＳＯＤ）和脂质过氧化物（ＬＰＯ）含量。结果显示４种癌症患者血清中ＳＯＤ活性明显低于正常组（Ｐ＜０．０１）及良性肿瘤组（Ｐ＜０．０５），ＬＰＯ含量明显高于正常组（Ｐ＜０．０５）及良性肿瘤组（Ｐ＜０．０５）。提示患恶性肿瘤时体内ＳＯＤ防御体系受到严重破坏，清除自由基的能力下降，不能有效地防御自由基的致癌作用。

Superoxides dismutase (SOD) activity and content of lipopeioxides(IPO)in sera of 27 cases of patients with cancer of stomach (10cases), intestine (7 cases), breast (6 cases), thyroid gland(4 cases),and 13 cases of patients with benign tumors and 30 cases of normal subjects as control were measured.The results showed that the activity of SOD decreased more significantly in cancer patient than that of normal subjects(P<0.01), and patients with benign tumors ( P<0.05 ),respectively.The LPO content increased more significantly in cancer patients than that of normal subjects(P<0.05), and patients with benign tumors(P<0.05),respectively, indicating that the decreased SOD activity and elevated LPO content had close relationship of the pathogenesis of tumors.
