摘要
就“通”法治疗温病发热的理论依据、作用机理及临床应用等问题进行了探讨，认为“郁”存在于卫、气、营、血的各阶段，“通”是治疗发热的重要原则，指出温病发热多兼夹证，治疗用药勿忘“通”。
The author considers that stagnation presents in the four stage of wei,qi,ying and xue of fever in epidemic febrile disease,and″tong″method(expelling,purgation,heat- clearing,promoting)can be a main principle for treating the disease. The author suggests that the mechanism,clinical application and theory about the″tong″method and emphasizes‘ac- companying symptoms of the disease.
