摘要 虽然大块 Y-Ba-Cu-O 超导体在科研和教学上都有很重要的价值,但是却很难制取。我们经过多次失败的教训,终于在八八年七月底研制成功。大块直径为80mm目前国内最大的)、厚为4mm、密度为5.3g/cm^3。经测试,它具有很强的抗磁性,且其中间转变温度为93K,零电阻温度为90K,性能稳定。本文详细介绍了它的制作工艺,并着重讲述了制作中的注意事项及关键工序。 It is difficult to prepare the large bulk superconductor of Y-Ba-Cu-O2 but it has important values of scientific research and teaching.After underwent lots of failure's, we have successfully prepared the large bulk sample at the end of July.1988: The sample is 80mm (sofar it is the largest at home) in diameter 4mm thick, density 5.3g/cm3.After the sample is measured we found that the diamagne-tism is very strong, zero resistance superconducting transition temperature is 90K, midpoint transition temperature is 93K and its performance is stendy.This paper describes in detail the preparation pro-' cess of the large bulk superconductor of Y-Ba-Cu-O with emphasis on description of the matters that need to be attended and criticat process in the preparation.
