摘要
报道６例急性白血病，形态学检查４例同时有二类原幼细胞存在，１例初诊ＡＬＬ，复发后原幼细胞出现二种类型在现，另１例细胞形态酷似ＡＮＬＬ－Ｍ３，且ＰＯＸ及ＣＥ均阳性。同时发现白血病细胞表达淋巴细胞标记，同时３例共同表达ＣＤ１０、Ｄｒ，同时表达ＣＤ１０，ＣＤ１９，Ｄｒ和ＣＤ１０、ＣＤ２５、Ｄｒ及ＣＤ１０、ＳｍＩｇ各１例。行ＣＯＡＰ、ＤＯＡＰ等方案治疗后３例曾达骨髓缓解，持续缓解时间９０天～１１０天，６例中合并颅内出血２例，严重肺部感染２例，多部位血栓形成１例。对此种类型白血病的诊断、治疗、发病机理及预后等问题进行了探讨。
ix cases of acute mixed leukemia were reported. They were diagnosed either by morphological orimmunological examination. After chemotherapy , three cases of them got complete remission , thecontinuous remission period was 90 to 110 days. We descussed the diagnosis , treatment. and progrosisof this kind of leukemia
