摘要
采用TNF生物活性检测法,测定了30例正常健康人和32例急性白血病患者体内TNF浓度,急性白血病患者体内TNF浓度明显增高,血浆TNF浓度(9.43±6.22u/ml),初治患者血浆TNF浓度增高尤为显著(13.14±5.39u/ml),急性白血病患者体内TNF浓度与白血病类型有一定联系,部分类型白血病细胞可自发分泌TNF,其意义有待深入研究。
By using bioassay, we measured in vivo levels of tumor necrosis factor (TNF) in 32 patients with acute leukemia and 30 normal persons. The plasma levels of TNF in patients with acute leukemia were much higher than that of normal controls (9. 43×6. 22u/ml and 1. 43±2. 29u/ml, respectively). The levels of TNF in the plasma or bone marrow supernatants significantly affected both complete remission and overall survival. There were some differences in TNF activities of AL-ALL,M1-3 and M4,M5.. These suggested that TNF in vivo might be useful for the classification and prognosis of leukemia. We found that the blast-culture of 12/17 patients spontaneously produced TNF activity without LPS induction, and were with respect to the FAB classification system. The relationship between TNF production spontaneously and leukemia needs studing further.
