摘要
通过对临汾地区地质构造环境的分析，结合地表地震形变遗迹的研究，初步认为共轭活动构造对１３０３年洪洞８级地震和１６９５年临汾级地震的发生和震中分布位置起着重要的控制作用。
Through analysis of the geological tectonic environment in Linfen area and connected with study of theearthquake deformation traces on the surface,primarily suggest that the active conjugate tectonics played aimportant control role to the occurrence of 1303 Hongtong earthquake with M8.0 and 1695 Linfen earthquakewith M7. 5 and the epicentre distribution.
