摘要
本文按分子式 Bi_2Sr_2CaCu_2O_x 配料,将它的熔体在空气中快速冷却,得到许多晶粒,其中除了大量 c=30.8(?)的 A 相外,尚有 c=24.5(?)的 c 相.我们还进一步进行了试验,得到了较纯的大片 C 相。C 相属于简单四方点阵,室温时点阵常数为 a=b=3.8054(?),c=24.531(?),经低温测定,C 相的超导起始转变温度 Tc=21.4K,零电阻温度约为4K。
When a melt of composition Bi2Sr2CaCu2Ox was cooled rapidly in air, many small crystals were obtained. Most of the crystals are of A phase whose c = 30.8A and some C phase of c = 24.5A. Further exper iments have been done to obtain purer and larger C phase. C phase belongs to simple tetragonal lattice and its lattice parameters at room temperature are. a = b = 3.8054A and c = 24.531A. By means of low temperature resistance determintion, its superconductive transition on set temperature is 21.4K and the ze'ro resistance Tc nearly 4K.
