摘要
提取冬小麦苗期叶绿体,研究了La3+离子作用下的Hill反应活性动力学性质结果表明:La3+离子对于Hill反应过程的两个关键部位具有明显的激活作用,这两个关键部位结合La3+离子的别构位点数目分别是5~6,9~10个。这可能是La3+离子促进冬小麦光合作用机理的重要方面。
The effect of La3+ on Hill reaction of winter wheat chloroplast was studied. The result shows that the effect of La3+ on 2 sites. The allosteric sites in which La3+ is integrated with 2 key enzymes are 5-6 and 9 -10 respectively. The result is helpful to reveal the mechanism about La3+ promotes the photosynthesis.
