介绍采用＂自我训练＂法辅助纤维支气管镜检的方法和体会，强调护理人员在指导病人进行＂自我分析、自我控制、自我暗示、自我联想＂过程中应充分发挥病人的自我调节能力，调动病人积极的心理因素，以发挥其在检查中的主导作用，避免、减轻不良感受。

The paper reported our experience and the application of the method of self-training in the patients of fibre bronchoscopy. When the patient was in the process of self-analysis, self-control, self-suggestion and self-association,medical staff should fully give rein to the patients'ability of self-adjustment,and bring their positive psychological factor for their initiative co-operation, avoid of the uneasy feeling in the process.
