摘要
基础护理学具有实践性、技术性强的特点，在其教学中应用插播教学法，能够使学生在课堂上既获得理性知识，又获得感性知识，符合认识规律。我们采取了课前严格设计教程，确保计划的实施；课上正确选择应用时机及时运用插播教学，以适应教材特点，更好地完成教学目的和任务。通过插播电视教材，增强了课堂教学的形声性、生动性、快速性，可优化教学过程，调动学生的学习积极性，并具有规范、节时、真实等优点，这种具有科学性和实用性的插播教学法在基础护理学教学中宜广为采用。
Author reported his successful experience in application of videocassette-inserting method to assist the basic nursing teaching. Basic nursing is characterized by its highly practicality and technicality,such application can help students fully and systematically to get the knowledge, both rational and perceptual,from the lecture. Both the proper time and carefully designed audio-visual programmes based on education aims were needed for the effectiveness of this teaching process. The advantages of this new teaching method were also discussed.
