摘要
对５６９例医院在岗职工内、外、妇、五官科及医技、生化等１０个科室的全面健康检查，发现区院职工健康现状具有以下特点：４５～６０岁年龄组高脂血症多，占１３３例的７８．９４％；已婚女职工中妇科疾患发病率高，占２０１例的４８．７５％１３０岁以下的年青职工双眼视力在４．７以下的比例高；ＨＢｓＡｇ阳性率为４．６８％，其中包括２例乙肝患者。指出在健康体检中除重视临床科室外尚应注重医技、生化检验等项目的检查。提出了提高医院职工快康水平的必要措施。
A survey for the health status of 569 medical staffs in this hospital was conducted.The results showed that the health status of the staffs were varied with the difference of age and sex. The 45～60 year's group had higher incidence of hyper Lipidemia,about 78. 94%. The rate of gynecopathy in married women was 48.75%. The hypopsia was increased when the age was below 30 years.The positive rate of HBsAg was 4.68%,and two staffs suffered from hepatitis B. This survey suggested that both biochemical parameter determination and medical skills were important in the survey of health status.
