护士长队伍现状分析及对策

Analysis on Current Status of Head-nurses in Our Hospital and Countermeasures

通过对我院护士长队伍现状的调查，发现４１～５０岁年龄组的护士长所占比例甚少，仅占１６．０７％。知识结构上具有大专学历的仅有９名。中级以上职称护士长１５名，占２６．８％。笔者认为：在护士长的选拔上应引入竞争机制，采取内部人才挖掘与合理引进相结合，按职称上岗。

An investigation of current status of head-nurses was made in our hospital. The results showed that the head-nurses, aged 41～50 were less in our hospital(16. 07%). of the head-nurses only nine received higher education. 15 head-nurses had middle or high titles (26. 80%). The authors thought that competition should be introduced in choosing head-nurses. The inside selection of qualified head-nurses should be reasonably combined with taking in qualified head-nurses needed from the outside. It was wise to assign them work to do according to their title.
