护士长队伍现状分析及对策

摘要 通过对我院护士长队伍现状的调查,发现41~50岁年龄组的护士长所占比例甚少,仅占16.07%。知识结构上具有大专学历的仅有9名。中级以上职称护士长15名,占26.8%。笔者认为:在护士长的选拔上应引入竞争机制,采取内部人才挖掘与合理引进相结合,按职称上岗。 An investigation of current status of head-nurses was made in our hospital. The results showed that the head-nurses, aged 41~50 were less in our hospital(16. 07%). of the head-nurses only nine received higher education. 15 head-nurses had middle or high titles (26. 80%). The authors thought that competition should be introduced in choosing head-nurses. The inside selection of qualified head-nurses should be reasonably combined with taking in qualified head-nurses needed from the outside. It was wise to assign them work to do according to their title.
