摘要
中医护理在长期的临床实践中已发展成为一门独立的学科。但是，由于历史的原因，至今没有一套完整的管理模式。近年来，我们就中医护理的管理、护理人员素质的提高、中医辨证施护、护理质量控制等方面作了初步的探索和尝试，基本形成了一套中医护理管理模式，使我院护理工作有了较大改观。１９９３年顺利通过了中医医院分级管理二级甲等医院验收。
In long clinical practice the nursing of traditional Chinese medicine has developed into an independent discipline, but now there is not a complete set of administration patterns because of historical causes. In recent years the authors have made a preliminary study and attempt in administration of nursing of traditional Chinese medicine, improvement of nurses' ability, excution of nursing work according to the theory of Chinese medicine and control of nursing quality, so that nursing work has been greatly improved in our hospital.
