THE DESIGN OF THE PG CHINESE INFORMATION PROCESSING SYSTEM

PG 型中文信息处理系统是我们研制组开发的一个新的中文操作系统,已在IBM PC/XT 及其兼容机上实现.它的一些设计目标与传统的中文信息处理系统不同,它以普及与提高相结合作为主要目标.本文论述了该系统在汉字输入方式、存贮映象、视屏输出、打印输出和键盘输入等方面的设计思想.

The PG Chinese information processing system is a new Chinesecharacters operating system developed by our group.It has been implemented onIBM PC/XT and its compatibles.It is different from general one in designobjects.Its major new object is the combining popularity with advance.This paper presents the ideas of Chinese characters input mode,memory map,video output,print output and keyboard input in the system.
