摘要
本文介绍了用速启阀装置进行压力传感器动态标定的原理和方法,从理论和实验两方面分析了压力传感器的动态特性。
This paper described the principle and method of calibrating the dynamic property of pressure sensor with quick opening valve device (QOVD) and analysed the dynamic property both theoretically and practically.
