短齿齿根应力分析与有限元计算

摘要 在渐开线少齿差行星传动中通常使用短齿,其齿根高与正常齿相同,而齿顶高小于正常齿。应用有限元方法对这种短齿齿根应力进行了大量计算,分析了各参数对齿根应力的影响,并与正常齿进行了比较,建立了短齿弯曲强度折算系数,从而为短齿弯曲强度计算提供了依据。 The stub gear tooth is often adopted in the involute planetary gear transmission with a few tooth number difference.The dedendum of this kind of stub gear tooth is the same as that of the normal tooth,while addendum is shorter than that of it.In this paper,the root stress of stub gear tooth was calculated with FEM,the effects of various parameters on the root stress were analysed,and the results were compared with those of the normal tooth.From this,the calculating factor of the bending strength was derived and a theoretical basis of bending strength calculation for stub gear tooth was put forward.
