摘要
含7.0%~10.0%Sn的K型铜合金喷熔于铸铁表面,不仅具有高的结合强度,而且耐磨性、耐水压性优良。本文结合Cu-Sn状态图对其成分、组织与性能进行了分析,为该工艺在阀门、液压元件及轴承等生产中的广泛应用提供了理论依据。
The sprayed-layer welded with K copper alloy containing 7.0%~10.0% of Sn on the surface of cast iron possesses high adhesion strength,good wear-resistance and resistance to hydraulic pressure.This paper according to the Cu-Sn phase diagram analysed its composition,microstructure and properties,and provided a theoretical basis for the wide application of this technique in manufacturing valves,hydraulic elements,plain bearings,etc.
