摘要
通过建立气-固二相流运动的基本方程,对单体颗粒在直管气流干燥机内的运动特性进行分析研究。经计算,单体颗粒在整个干燥过程中都是处于不等速运动状态。结论:气流干燥时间短、速度快是颗粒不等速运动的结果。
Based on establishing the primary equations of air-solid two-phase flow motion,the motion characteristics of single particle in a straight tube air-stream drying machine has been analysed and studied.Through calculation the single particles are in a non-uniform motion state during the whole process of drying,with the result that the short time and the high speed of airstream drying.
